A person above 18 yrs who received a Class A1 or A2 driving license for the first time shall not carry a passenger on a motorcycle, unless:

• He already holds this driving license for a period of at least one year.
• He already holds this driving license for a period of at least 6 months.
• He already holds this driving license for a period of at least two months.
• He successfully completed a correct driving course.
