The license of a “New driver” will not be renewed as a regular driver's license, if he is convicted of:

• Not stopping in an intersection where a “give right-of–way” signpost is placed.
• Driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants.
• Not placing a warning triangle before a malfunctioning vehicle that stands on the road.
• Driving a motor vehicle without valid insurance.
