Driver of a “tour vehicle” must be:

• First degree graduate in Land of Israel Studies and holder of class D or D1 driving license.
• A driver approved by the Ministry of Transportation and holder of type D or D1 driving license.
• A certified tour guide approved by the Ministry of Tourism, and holder of type D or D1 driving license.
• A certified tour guide approved by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and holder of type D or D1 driving license.
