• A commercial vehicle which is indicated as a desert vehicle within its registration document.
• A public vehicle with front –wheel and rear-wheel drive and a standard chassis, which is indicated as a desert vehicle within its registration document.
• Any private vehicle with front-wheel and rear-wheel drive which is indicated as a desert vehicle within its registration document.
